How often do you walk or run?

I walk daily, lots of steps gotten in here at my little place, animals to feed and whatnot, neighbors to help occasionally.

Running, only happens if I’m chasing a wayward animal or if I’m being chased, by a wasp or something. Running happens maybe 4 times a week. Neither walking nor running are for fitness purposes, I’m just a country girl, they’re part of day to day 🙂

I also yell at wayward animals…that’s what we do.
